All I can say is wow, what a mount, solid as heck, even when my desk is bumped the monitor shake is almost nothing, just about the same as the monitor on the OEM base. I have 3 monitors, so I bought 2 of these. My plan is to run 3 arms for monitors and the last arm (with the laptop mount) for my keyboard. I need to start standing more when working, and this setup is much cheaper than getting a height adjust desk.

Defective software, video games or DVDs

video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
