The overall versatility is unmatched by anything else out there and the best part is that it does not bite into your allotment of expansion slots on your chassis as well as your wallet.
Today we will be taking a look at the NZXT Sentry LX fan controller. The Sentry LX allows the user to control up to five fans using this aluminum housed 2 drive bay controller. Also included are 5 monitored temperature probes, a large LCD display, and flexible modes of operation.

So i been using this for a good while and i have no trust in it to leave my system on well i am not there. The clock on it is slow so that will unsync within a few days. The RPM numbers seem to be really random changing from 600+RPM on many different makes of fans. often times i have to manually increase the speed of the fans every few days, even when the unit in manual mode and fans are always set to max. Its not really a touchscreen but more like a "push really hard until your finger hurts screen"
This fan controller is awesome. I control 4 120mm fans in a push/pull configuration on a Corsair H100. The 5th channel monitors the pump's rpm signal. The display is easy to read and looks great sitting on my desk.

This is a great product for what you pay for, but there are a few things that i don't like. First of all, all of the cable are hard to manage and most of them will show if you have a clear window on your case. Next if you unplug any of the thermal probs or fan cables from the board the board will beep every time you computer starts up unless you turn the alarm off on your control panel. Lastly the clock that is on the controls panel will be incorrect after a week or so, because the clock is fast.
I was looking for an automated fan controller and decided to try this guy out. Price matched to 54$ it was worth every penny. There are a lot of cables, but my Corsair 800D hides them like a champ. The automated feature allows you to set a target temperature for each channel, and it works perfectly.
Great product and great looks. As previously mentioned there are a lot of wires on the PCI board BUT it is easily hidden with some creativity and with the exception of your case cable management system. Also wish it was black pcb then blue but no biggie. This is the external sit on your desk version fan controller, product info and pictures are incorrect.
