Safety function
UVP (Undervoltage protection)
If the voltages fall below a certain tolerance value on the single lines, the PSU automatically switches off.
OVP (Overvoltage protection)
If the voltages increase above a certain tolerance value on the single lines, the PSU automatically switches off.
SCP (Short-circuit protection)
In the case of a short-circuit this feature prevents damage to the core components of the PSU and its system components.
OPP (Overload protection)
If the system is oversized and requires more power from the PSU than it can perform, this protection function is activated.
OCP (Overcurrent protection)
If the load on a single line is higher than indicated, the PSU automatically switches off.
OTP (Overtemperature protection)
If the temperature is too high, the PSU automatically switches off.

I bought this on sale like two weeks ago and for 45$... it was crazy a crazy deal. It was a little bit overkill for my friend budget pc that I builded but compared to the others psu at this price, no one could beat this things.

Running this PSU in a mid gamer PC, ATI 6850, AMD Quad Build. Likely overpowered however that is good to ease stress on the PSU. The finish of the PSU is top notch as is the packaging and braided modular cables.
I bought this for a gaming rig I was building. It has the quietest fan out of any in my computer. I got it on sale for around $75. For the price I couldn't say no to a modular 700W PSU for a gaming rig. It installed without any problems. It also looks very nice.

I got this PSU for my system which is getting a over haul slowly. Installed it with ease, now the computer is running quieter than my XBOX 360 which I hardly use.
I bought this on sale for my Phenom rig and so far its been inaudible over the other fans in my case. I actually have to put my hand over the fan to make sure its spinning! The packaging is excellent and really reminds you that there is a quality power supply lurking inside. The cables are nice and long and the cpu cable even has enough pins for a double 8 pin setup for high end motherboards. I really like the look of the cables plus the modularity is a huge bonus for a clean installation. The PSU itself looks awesome with its metallic orange paintjob and cougar emblem on the fan grill. It is only 80+ Bronze but at the price point it still is a killer deal.

Bought this for a P67 special K build, with a 470GTX video card. I like it's looks and it is a reasonable price.
However it is noisy when stressing the video card. I tried different connectors and it does not solve the issue. I think it is coil whine.I am probebly going to RMA ,but it seems to work well otherwise.

This is a nice looking power supply, got it on sale at 70 bucks. replace my 3 year old antec 650w earthpower. very happy about it, will buy it again.

This power supply works great, it's super quiet and the modular cables are a necessity in keeping one's sanity. Unfortunately I mis-read the dimentions of this PSU and it did not fit in my HTPC case, so I am running it outside the case. Aside from that little glitch - it's a great PSU!

This PSU is great! After picking up two so far, for approximately $70 each on sale, I don't think I couldn't be happier. The PSU not only runs quiet, but also cool, even under somewhat great stress. The system I had it connected to is an overclocked Core i5 2500K with a 6870 and a dual 5830 on a AMD X4 955 system, both run great and no issues. The only downside was it is a tad large, but so are most modern, big, modular PSU's these days.
